This Privacy Policy explains how The Golf Practice and its affiliates (“The Golf Practice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit www.thegolfpractice.com (the “Site”), contact us, book a bay or lesson, or use any of our facilities, programs, memberships, products, services, or communications (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes the rights and choices available to you regarding your personal information.

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Information We Collect

  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers / processors — vendors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, payment processing, email, booking and scheduling, launch-monitor and simulator platforms, CRM, advertising), bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Advertising & analytics partners — to measure and improve marketing. Under certain state laws, the use of cross-context behavioral advertising cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; see Section 5 to opt out.
  • Coaching staff and instructors — who need access to your booking and performance information to deliver the Services you requested.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Golf Practice, our guests, or the public.

  • With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.
