M360 College Prep 11u
Discovery & Foundations
At this stage, athletes are beginning to shape their identity as golfers. The 11U program blends technical instruction with personal growth, helping young players build not just skills, but the adaptability and resilience needed to thrive. They learn how to reflect on experiences in healthy ways, begin to regulate their emotions, and start seeing challenges as opportunities.
Athletes develop:
- Confidence through small wins and consistent training routines
- The ability to stay present and regulate emotions when things don’t go as planned
- A growth mindset that views mistakes as feedback, not failure
- Early problem-solving skills: experimenting, trying new strategies, and learning from results
- Joy in the process of learning, competing, and getting better every day
Focus Areas:
- Building sound technical foundations for swing and short game
- Introduction to on-course strategy and decision-making
- Group training that fosters teamwork, competitiveness, and accountability
- Athletic development — speed, mobility, and coordination for long-term growth
This program is about creating adaptable athletes who are ready for their “next” challenge with curiosity, confidence, and courage

Kevin Healy
M360 Program Coach
Introduced to the game at a young age by his dad, golf has always been a constant in Kevin’s life. With more than 8 years of private club experience, golf has become more than just a career for him – he takes great pride in helping players build confidence and reach their goals. There’s nothing he enjoys more than when his students have that “aha” moment.
A former high school and collegiate golfer, Kevin has a strong passion for competitive golf and pursuing improvement in an imperfect game.
As a coach, Kevin wants his students to thrive and enjoy the game of golf just as much as he does. He has a particular interest in short game instruction and loves the creativity it requires in playing different types of shots around the green. Kevin has experience in teaching golfers of all ages and is never satisfied until the student feels confident and excited about their golf game.
