M360 College Prep 14u
Development & Direction
By the 14U stage, players are ready to take bigger strides with there competitive golf. This is where talent meets discipline, and where athletes begin to discover how to manage themselves as much as they manage their swings. They learn to adapt when conditions change, problem-solve on the course, and reflect constructively after every round.
Athletes develop:
- Personal awareness to recognize when they’re nervous, frustrated, or distracted — and tools to bring themselves back to the present
- A healthy process for reflection: identifying lessons, turning setbacks into action steps, and avoiding negative narratives
- The ability to prepare deliberately for tournaments with routines that work for them
- Mental toughness, composure, and confidence when faced with doubt
- Ownership of their development, with accountability for both effort and outcomes
- Adaptability in competitive situations — adjusting strategy, mindset, or approach mid-round to keep moving forward
Focus Areas:
- Refining swing mechanics for consistency and power
- Expanding short game creativity and scoring options
- Competitive group training that simulates tournament environments
- Strength, mobility, and speed training tailored to growing athletes
- Tournament preparation, including practice-round strategy and post-round review systems
This stage helps athletes not only compete, but adapt — building the discipline and flexibility to handle whatever comes their way
