Tournaments 1 and 2 of the summer session had been cancelled due to storms, and on July 6th, it appeared that tournament 4 would follow suit. Lightning in the area pulled the players off the course after 90 minutes of play. This time, the weather broke. After a 45-minute delay, the teams were able to return to the course to complete the round in damper conditions than they had begun.
The Varsity Division was won by Will Hulsey with 42 followed by Runner Up Max Plasota’s 43.
The Jr. Varsity Division saw a repeat victory for Millan Biggs, whose 43 led Runner Up Andrew Cho by 1 shot. Henry Andrie also posted 44, but Andrew Cho received Runner Up Honors through a scorecard playoff from the number 1 handicap hole.
The next tournament will be held at Winnetka Golf Club Monday, July 13th.
