Mastery 360 Program
High Performance & Mastery
Where Talent Meets Opportunity
The Elite program brings together our most advanced junior athletes — players who have already proven themselves in competition and are preparing for Division I golf and beyond. This group thrives in an environment that mirrors the demands of elite golf: high standards, relentless competition, and the expectation that athletes hold themselves and one another accountable.
Here, training is not just about hitting shots; it’s about becoming complete athletes, competitors, and leaders who can adapt, problem-solve, and excel under pressure.
Athletes develop:
- The mindset of a Division I athlete — self-regulation, confidence, and the ability to deliver in high-stakes moments
- Advanced adaptability: adjusting strategy, technique, and mindset instantly to meet the demands of the course, competition, or conditions
- A refined process for reflection that drives constant improvement while avoiding destructive self-criticism
- Leadership skills to influence and inspire peers within a high-performance culture
- Ownership of their development: from scheduling tournaments to building practice systems and setting long-term goals
- The resilience to thrive not only in junior golf, but in collegiate and professional arenas
Focus Areas:
- High-intensity group training designed to sharpen focus, resilience, and competitiveness
- Individualized performance plans that align with college and post-college aspirations
- Advanced tournament preparation and debrief systems — creating intentional cycles of readiness, performance, and growth
- Technical refinement at the margins — turning strengths into weapons and weaknesses into reliable tools
- Comprehensive performance development: strength, speed, recovery, nutrition, and travel routines
- Exposure to high-level course strategy, analytics, and decision-making frameworks used by elite programs and professionals
This is more than training — it’s immersion into the habits, mindsets, and environments of the game’s highest levels. M360 Elite athletes aren’t just preparing for what’s next; they’re already living it.

Steve Schreck
SENIOR COACH
Steve grew up in Winnetka and played golf at New Trier High School. A Purdue University graduate, Steve has been a part of TGP’s junior programs since he joined the academy in 2019.
His main coaching influences are George Gankas and Adam Young. The two differ in their approach to the swing, but Steve believes a blend of both styles—internal vs. external mindset, for one—proves to be most successful for his junior and adult students.
Like our entire staff, the impact golf has had on Steve is immeasurable, from the hours spent outside bonding with friends and family to the experiences and characteristics he’s gained and uses in his everyday life.
