The Golf Practice hosted their home tournament May 16th at Highland Park Country Club, and several members of the team posted personal and tournament bests.
In the High School Division, Riley Maher of The Golf Practice took home Medalist honors with a 38, edging out runner up and teammate Spencer Schaumberger’s 40 by 2 strokes.
Andrew Babbo from Northbrook posted 41 to win the Varsity Division. Eli Sherman from The Golf Practice finished in 2nd with a 45.
Aidan Gao’s 47 from Northbrook placed first in the Jr. Varsity Division over a 3-way tie for 2nd at 48 that included teammate Adam Cho, Jack Goodman from The Golf Practice, and Aidan Morrison from Deerfield.
Northbrook’s 227 was good enough for the team title ahead of The Golf Practice’s 242 and Deerfield’s 251.
The next tournament will be held at Sportsman’s Country Club on May 23rd.
