The members of The Golf Practice teams came ready to play as The North Shore Junior Tour made its lone stop of the fall season to Highland Park Country Club.
The home course for The Golf Practice yielded record low scores as many of the Team Team members shot personal tournament bests over the narrow layout.
The Golf Practice and Winnetka matched team scores, each finishing at 215, followed by Deerfield’s 225.
Johnny Maday placed 1st in the Varsity Division after a +1 37, with Noah Taxman and Max Golding of The Golf Practice finishing with 38.
Carl Gustin led the way in the Jr. Varsity Division, posting 40, with Eli Sherman taking Runner Up honors at 42. Rainer Hakenen’s personal best 44 placed him 4th. Lexi Schulman and Stephen Bail tied for 7th at 46, highlighted by Bail’s closing eagle on the par 5 9th.
The next match will be held at Deerfield Golf Club on October 4th for those who are able to attend.
